This 4-season cottage retreat offers year-round access to enjoying the beauty of Muskoka every season.
The southward facing views of the Cottage offer the perfect location for enjoying your morning coffee or evening nightcap while taking in the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The Cottage is spacious with elegantly furnished interiors featuring four bedrooms, perfect for families or groups. The sunroom offers a cozy living area, including a gas fireplace and breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing or socializing. The state-of-the-art kitchen allows easy preparation of gourmet meals and seamlessly connects to both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the generously sized deck with BBQ grill, including a built-in pizza oven, perfect for relaxing or entertaining with the picturesque lake view. Start your morning off right with your coffee of choice from the coffee bar, a tasty addition for guest convenience.
Guests enjoy a private dock for swimming and soaking up the sun, a covered patio to relax throughout the day or evening, a double hammock to read your favorite book, and a private yard. The cottage is equipped with 4 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, 1 floating water mat and outdoor yard games for everyone's enjoyment.
The cottage sleeps 8. The upper floor includes two bedrooms with queen beds with ceiling fans, a 3 - piece bath with a standup rain shower, and laundry facilities. The main floor includes one bedroom with one queen bed, and one bedroom with a double bed and a single top bunk. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The main floor also includes a 3 - piece bath with a rain shower, a remote office work area, and a walkout to a covered patio overlooking the waterfront. Bedrooms include Endy mattresses, soft lines and duvets for guest comfort.
