House Rules

  • Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the cottage.
  • Please ensure you clean up after your four-legged friends in the designated area.
  • Quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No parties/events unless otherwise discussed and approved by host.
  • Please do not dive off of the dock/cliff or rock edge(s) in the area due to safety.
  • Ensure all fires are fully extinguished.
  • Please ensure all BBQ and Gas Stove/Oven elements are turned off.
  • Please remove your garbage at the end of your stay.

Lakeside Muskoka haven is the perfect Cottage Retreat to make special moments with family and friends.  It is not a place to throw parties or listen to loud music. Please do your best to keep your noise to a reasonable level and be respectful of our neighbors. Our cottage is located in a beautiful spot on Skeleton Lake in a protected bay.  Sound travels far and clearly. We ask all guests to show consideration and respect of our neighbors and we can ensure they will afford you the same consideration.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received 60 days prior to the Check-In Date, all prepayments will be refundable.

If cancellation is received between 30 - 59 days prior to the Check-In Date, 50% of prepayments are refundable.

If cancellation is received less than 30 days from the Check-In Date, no refunds will be made.
